About Gary "Whitewolf" Woodings
I was born May, 29 1960 in Anaheim California, and grew up with the commonly hidden heritage that has occurred within the United states. I knew little of my Native American heritage until I was an adult of about thirty years old. After seeking spiritual connection through several churches, I finally found my way to the teachings of the Lakota nation and the Inipi (Sweat Lodge), where I felt at home. I soon learned to be a Fire Tender. This was the foundation of my spiritual birth and the roots of my connection to Creator/God, Mother Earth and All that is.
Though I was born of Cherokee and Irish decent I followed Lakota ways for more than a decade and still participate in those ceremonies. In 2001 I was invited into the Cherokee teachings in New York City with theNuagi Ketoowah Society, where I participated in Ceremonies from 2001 through 2002, before returning to New Hampshire.
I have also studied teachings from my Irish heritage and participated in Druid Ceremonies. In May of 2004 I joined Joseph Keane in a Sacred Sites Tour of Ireland, that truly awakened deep soul memories for me. I have studied metaphysics since 1997. I have studied and received my level two Reiki atunement (an ancient Japanese practice).
Since June of 2008 I have been practicing Ipsalu Tantra Kryia Yoga, while honoring the rest of my teachings. It was through this South Florida Tantrika Community that I met my beloved wife KaliShakti with whom I am now sharing this wonderful journey of Divine Love. We are currently facilitating Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga classes on a regularly scheduled basis in Arcata and Trinidad CA.
The most exciting, yet comforting thing I have found is the common thread of all of these ancient practices. Like a golden thread that shimmers in the light, it shows there are but different versions of the connection to God/Goddess/Creator of all that is upon the earth.
Since 1997 I have been facilitating Spiritual Drum Circles throughout New England and have been involved in spiritual circles as facilitator.
It is through these various teachings that I am drawn to unite as many cultures as possible to create "The Unity Drum Dance Tour" from around the world. I feel we are children of God, no matter what our language calls him/her within our traditions, practices, beliefs and religions. It is time to set aside the differences that have lead to judgment and war so we may embrace one another as brothers and sisters sharing this little planet called Earth in this time of global conscious awakening.
I was born on January 30, 1970, an Aquarian, in El Salvador, Central America.
My birth given name was Karen Zoraida Carranza. I am the oldest of 4, raised by a single mother. At the age of 7, my parents got divorced and experienced my first loss, the relationship with my father.
Early on I realized the passion of my life was Dance. In college the focus was on technique, form and how thin my body needed to be to be accepted in the dance world. Ego and the intellect were valued and my heart and feelings about dance were ignored. …
We all have a story, and have all experienced some type of loss, disappointment, etc.......the question is do we choose to hold on to that story of the past or do we move forward from our self-created limitations?
At the age of 28, I really started questioning everything. What is my purpose? Why am I here? Where did I really come from? Who am I? ........an Awakening began.
As I awakened to my gifts and the truth of existence, I became a certified Fitness Professional, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Hatha/Raja Yoga and Meditation Instructor. And even though I started discovering hidden truths about my personality, my soul's existence and universal truths, I was still stuck in my drama and chaos of fears.....
When the student is ready the teacher appears.....
The two most powerful teachers/tools for me, have been Theta Healing & Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga
Theta Healing was founded by Vianna Stibal. She received an instantaneous healing of cancer from the Creator of All That Is. Theta Healing is based on removing limiting belief systems/patterns that keep us stuck in our drama and chaos, be it physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. By accessing the Theta brain wave the practitioner connects with the Creator of all that is and commands and witnesses the healing.
As a result of my dedication to my own personal healing, the Universe has gifted me with my beloved husband, Gary Woodings.
Together we have chosen to dedicate our lives to manifesting our joy, peace and infinite prosperity. We facilitate Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga classes and workshops, Healing Drum Therapy classes, Healing Circles and more...
I will never be the same again. I have taken full responsibility for my life with all of it's up and downs. I realize I am the Creator of my life and universe. Moment by moment, breath by breath, day by day, I am realizing all of my dreams, using all of my talents and gifts to love fully, have fun, play with innocence, live my life fully in Passion, Peace and Infinite Abundance.
My chosen mission is to awaken to my full potential in every aspect of my life and to share this joy, knowledge and way of being with anyone who is ready for the adventure of a lifetime.
I am truly blessed to live here in Arcata, California, on this beautiful planet, Mother Earth and in this time of the Grand Awakening, the Age of Aquarius.
